1. Who We Are

2. Information We Process

We process information you provide or generate through the service, including property listing URLs, uploaded photos, selected style, generated previews, email addresses, payment metadata, support messages, account access data, browser notification preferences, and privacy or cookie preference choices.

Property photos and listings may contain personal data, such as people, addresses, license plates, interiors, or personal objects. You must only submit content when you have the rights, permissions, and lawful basis needed for us to process it.

When you make a cookie choice, we keep a consent event record with the choice, consent version, date, locale, and hashed technical identifiers so we can respect and prove that choice without storing the raw IP address or full user agent in the consent record.

3. How and Why We Use Information

We use information to provide and secure the service, generate renovation previews, maintain private links, operate the public gallery when you opt in, process payments, send service emails, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, improve the product, and comply with legal obligations.

Where GDPR applies, our legal bases include performance of a contract, legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, consent for optional analytics, compliance with legal obligations, and your consent where we ask for it.

4. Service Providers

We use trusted service providers to run Renovista. Submitted images and prompts may be sent to AI infrastructure providers, including OpenAI, to generate previews. Stripe processes payments, and Resend may process email delivery data. These providers process data under their own terms and privacy documentation.

5. Payments

Stripe processes card and payment information. Renovista stores payment status, checkout identifiers, amounts, currency, and the email address returned by Stripe where available. We do not store card numbers.

6. Cookies, Local Storage, and Analytics

Renovista uses essential cookies or browser storage where needed for security, session handling, language preferences, account access, private links, browser notification preferences, and remembering your privacy choices.

With your consent, we use Umami analytics to understand page visits and improve the service. Umami is cookieless, does not track visitors across websites, and does not store personally identifiable information. It may collect anonymized usage metrics such as page views, referrer, browser, operating system, device type, and country. Umami data for Renovista is processed and stored in Europe.

With your consent, we may also use Google Ads conversion tracking to measure whether advertising campaigns lead to Renovista actions such as preview completion, checkout completion, or paid image generation. Google may process information according to its own advertising and measurement policies.

You can accept analytics or continue with essential-only storage. You can change your choice at any time from Cookie settings in the footer. We will ask again if the analytics purpose, provider, or consent version changes.

7. Public Gallery

Previews are private by default unless you opt into public display. Public previews may be visible to anyone and may be indexed by search engines if public indexing is enabled. Private previews are unlisted but accessible to anyone with the private link.

8. International Processing

We try to keep processing within Europe where possible. Some service providers may process data in other countries when necessary to provide their services. Where GDPR applies, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as contractual protections, adequacy decisions, or other lawful transfer mechanisms.

9. Retention

We keep previews and related records while needed to provide the service, maintain payment records, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, or comply with legal obligations. You can ask us to delete or unpublish a preview.

10. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data; to receive information about automated decision-making; and not to be subject to solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects. Renovista generates visual AI outputs at your request, but does not use them to make legal or similarly significant decisions about you.

Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw consent at any time. You may also request that a public preview be removed. We aim to respond to privacy requests within the legally required timeframe.

If you are in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you may also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
